SO WHAT IF IT IS?

Recently, I've been looking looking into some natural types of solutions for health improvement as opposed to the prescriptive solutions that modern medicine has developed.  You know, all of those various pills that are advertised on t.v. and of course they have those almost hilarious disclaimers that warn you of all of those undesirable side effects that you are at risk of experiencing.    So, as I consider more natural types of solutions of course the nay-sayers have come forth with their many and varied reasons why "that just won't work" and even if it does seem to work John, "It's just in your head John, beware of that placebo effect".  I am well aware that mind is very powerful and that we most certainly can benefit from living life with a focus on the positive.
At the same time, you have to take charge of your own life and make changes and decisions that help you in feeling better physically and feeling better about yourself.  That's why I am so glad that after years of trying frustrating weight loss programs I've found that the vibrational blend of the hcga weight loss program has been the solution that has given me back my health and my better self image. Sure I lost 24 pounds and have lost inches resulting in me feeling better about myself than I have in years.  An so there are probably those that will say, well, it's mostly in your head and I say ..."so what!".

Grateful for small things

Well, not quite this small. Seriously, after hearing about the terrible tragedy in Japan with the earthquake, the following tsunami and now the nuclear disaster, I must pause to reflect in my own life on the things that are important and make my own life meaningful. What might be said to be "the small things".  I am grateful for my family of wonderful children (5) and grandchildren (12)  and my unbelievable wife of 37 years.  They are what make life meaningful to me and provide me my "WHY" in life.  I am grateful for my health - not a small thing.  After battling cancer (stage 3) and then going through chemo, I am extremely grateful to still be around to enjoy my wife, children and grandchildren.  Perhaps I am wrong, it's not the small things in life that I am grateful for, it's much more like the HUGE things in my life.

It's a New Day

Well, this is my first attempt at sharing my "new lifestyle" with others who just might want to share, ask or just chat regarding healthy lifestyles and making yourself a better "you".  I love the fact that I am able to maintain my new weight loss after several months and not have those old cravings for the typical american diet of burgers, fries and of course desert.  It's crazy how just changing such little things like just the water you drink can make such a big difference.  Love the addition of the alkaline water to create a better pH in my body.  Make it a great day!
